Policies

*All new guests receiving color services, keratin and extensions will be required to leave a $25 deposit through our salon venmo to reserve your appointment. It will go towards your service but be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

Service Guarantee:
We have an extremely high standard for our work and will make every attempt to ensure that your experience in our salon is an amazing one. If you are not completely satisfied we are happy to adjust your hair complementary if notified within 1 week of your original service date.

Late Arrivals:
We will try our best to accommodate any guest that arrives late but please know that depending on the time necessary to perform your service we may need to reschedule your appointment if more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations and Reschedules:
We understand that things happen so we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please respectfully do so within 24 hours of your scheduled day/time. If less than 24 hours is given we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the original service to compensate the stylist.

No Shows:
Our stylists earn their income based on their scheduled services for the day. In order to respect our stylist’s time we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the missed appointment and a deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.
